FOOD PANTRY WEDNESDAYS (FINALIZED 9/16)
As the pandemic known as the COVID19 unraveled, our goal has been to organize a process to get food and supplies to the community at large safely. Starting April, 1st with the support of local business Henry’s Bar and grill, we started our first curbside pantry program operating. Out of Henry’s Bar parking lot, our small operation quickly became too big for our small initial set up, and we moved our distribution to one of our local supporting churches, The Church of Nazarene in Garden Grove, CA. We are one of the largest curbside pantry distribution in Orange County, distributing, on average, about 50,000 lbs. of fresh fruits, veggies, dairy products, and protein sources. On average, about 700 cars would receive a fresh food supply weekly on a first-come, first-serve basis as well as a distribution of boxes to low-income housing and retirement homes. Our goal is simple: to bring nutritious, healthy food directly to the need of our communities. Together we can.

Thanksgiving Program
The Lord’s Love is a family, aiding anyone who needs assistance with receiving a turkey meal is our goal this thanksgiving. There are two options in which you can receive your meal. Option one is to request a Thanksgiving kit. This kit consists of one turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn, green beans and stuffing. The second option would be to request a hot meal (up to four per household). Christmas Program
Christmas is said to be the most wonderful time of the year. Unfortunately, many children do not get to patriciate in gift giving and tree decorating. The Lord’s Love is dedicated to helping our families in receiving Christmas trees, decorations and gifts this Christmas. If you are in need of help this Christmas please fill out the need help section to stay up to date with this program.
Our weekly food distributing
Birthed out of our curbside panty we have developed a way for the need in our community to receive food weekly. In partnership with the OC Food bank and the CARES Act every Tuesday and Wednesday we provide our community with fresh produce, meat and dairy.

Hot Pasta Mondays
In partnership with Caterina’s Club, we provide about 500 meals of hot pasta every Monday. These meals are directly served into our communities and distributed at four different locations. From local AAs to low-income housing, our goal is to address the food insecurity in our community one meal at a time.
Rachel's Kitchen
Provides meals to nursing homes, canned goods to families affected by the pandemic, and currently living in temporary situations such as motels or garages, we strive to provide non-perishable foods and personal care necessities.
